Follow the steps given below to login to create Email Accounts.

Go to https://sibername.com/customer/ Please use your same email account and password which you already have for https://www.sibername.com
If the login details are not working then please use “Forgot your password? ” option with your email account to use the “Send Rest Instructions”
Once you are inside then please click on Domains on the top middle. Now click on the Domain Name and then you can check “Free Email” section to click Manage Free Email. You will be redirected to our store interface where you can add the email accounts.

To access your website builder:

Go to https://www.sibername.com/account/login.php
Click on Goto Builder button (Make sure you select the right domain if you have multiple domains registered through us)

Whenever you log in to your account, you’ll see your activity all in one place with your Site Dashboard.

To upgrade your free email service to our Business email service

Go to Sibername Account Login
Click on Domains under your Client ID section
Click on the domain name you want this service upgraded
Scroll down to Business email and click on Order now.
You can also email us on support@sibername.com with your upgrade request and we should be able to assist you with that as well.
